Our goal is to make your purchase experience at solar2go-usa.com quick and easy.  If you have questions or suggestions on how we might serve you better or make this a better site, please email us at info@solar2go-usa.com. We would like to thank you for being a  Solar2Go-usa.com customer.

Solar2Go is an on-line business - and we would prefer you contact us by email whenever possible.
But we realize that sometimes you just want to talk to a live person:

Payment - we accept PayPal, Checks, Purchase Orders

In keeping with our goal to make your experience at solar2go-usa. com quick and easy we accept PayPal or  your personal check; or you can even fax or snail-mail your order if you have any security concerns.

We can also accept your check.  Again, you can complete your order online, then select By Postal Mail instead.  Or just print the order off the screen.  Either way, just mail with your check to 1602 Portola , Davis, CA 95616.

Please Note:  While we normally ship upon receipt of your payment, we do reserve the right to hold shipment until your check has cleared.

We also accept Purchase Orders with prior approval.  Again, you can complete your order on-line, then select By Purchase Order.  Or just print the order off the screen and mail it to us at 1602 Portola, Davis, CA 95616.

Please Note:  For new accounts, we will contact you to confirm your information, discuss payment times, etc.  Or give us a call ahead of time at 877-786-8646 and establish your account.

We accept phone orders if the other options don't work for you.  We have a more difficult time with phone orders because we are busy processing other orders, so please use one of the other methods listed above if possible.  If not, our number is 877-786-8646, Mon-Fri 9-5 PST.

 Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are billed using UPS current rates.

Orders typically ship within 2 business days, utilizing UPS ground delivery service.*  If for any reason shipment of your order will be delayed, we will notify you by email - so please make sure the email address you provide us is correct.  UPS requires a signature in order to complete a delivery, and does not deliver on weekends or holidays.  UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Orders will not ship until credit card approval is obtained.  Incorrect credit card numbers, invalid credit cards numbers, etc. may cause delays in delivery of an order.

State sales tax of 7.75% will be added to the sales price for California residents.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased through solar2go-usa.com, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.  When returning an item, all parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original and resalable condition. 
Only damaged or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for a shipping and handling refund, otherwise all shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
We reserve the option of charging a 15% restocking fee to help cover our time spent unpacking, inspecting for resalable condition and restocking.
When returning an item, please send email to sales@solar2go-usa.com to obtain a return authorization number.  List the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.  Include the return authorization number with the returned item(s).  Upon receipt of the returned item(s) as outlined above, you will be shipped the exchange item or an electronic refund will be made to your credit card as you requested.  If a refund is made, you will be sent a confirmation of the transaction by e-mail. You may also contact us by phone at 877-786-8646, but email is preferred.

 Privacy

Solar2go-usa.com is committed to protecting the privacy of those who visit/use our site. 
We will not share or sell your personal information with anyone unless required by law.  We may add your email address to our customer-only notification list, but every email we send to you using that list will have removal instructions prominently displayed at the bottom of the message.

 Security

Solar2go-usa.com shopping cart system uebercart secure servers that utilize the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.  SSL is state of the industry technology that allows for a secure and safe purchase transaction. 
We also take appropriate steps to protect your personal information in our possession. Whenever you provide sensitive information (for example, a credit card number), we retrieve it from the shopping cart system using full SSL encryption, process it for payment, and then DELETE it off the shopping cart system as soon as possible.  If you have any questions about security issues, please free to contact info@solar2go-usa.com.
